Terms and Conditions for Dollar Dogs.

These terms and conditions provide the basis upon which Dollar Dogs Pty Ltd (DD) provides you access to our website, the member platform made available through the website and access to all of the features of the Website.

YOUR USE OF OUR SITE AND DECISION TO REGISTER ON OUR SITE SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING ANY MODIFICATIONS MADE FROM TIME TO TIME.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY CHOOSE NOT TO REGISTER ON OR USE OUR SITE.

DD may amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting the amended terms and conditions on the site.

You understand the DD may limit or restrict your access to the site for any reason with or without notice being given to you.

The Privacy Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

The DD Website offers access to Competitions whereby people may vote for Participants.  DD may impose restrictions on your access to the site or these Services.

All fees and payments are non-refundable.

Eligibility is limited to persons over the age of eighteen (18) years.

You will be asked to submit your name, address, email address and phone number and to select a password.  You agree that all information you provide is true and correct and failure to provide true and correct information is a breach of these terms and conditions.

You must not share or transfer your Account.  Do not disclose your password to anyone.

DD may terminate or restrict your account for any reason.

To cancel your account or to be removed from our mailing list, please contact DD using the contact form.

You agree that you will not, through your use of the Site or Services violate any law or regulation including but not limited to in relation to infringement of any Intellectual Property rights, any criminal law, any law in relation to defamation, the making of any false misleading or deceptive statements or claims or impersonation.

You agree that you will not seek to obtain information from the Site including but not limited to, information of other account holders or software data.

All comments, feedback, suggestions ideas and other information you submit or disclose to us will become our exclusive property and shall constitute an assignment to us of all worldwide right, title and interest in all intellectual property and other rights whatsoever and a waiver of any claim based on moral rights, unfair competition, breach of implied contract, confidentiality and any other legal claim.

You should not submit any comment to us if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Your User Content, uploaded information and Comments will be accessed and monitored and will be disclosed when we have a good faith belief that we are required to disclose the information in response to a legal process, to satisfy any law and regulation, if we believe the Site or Service is being used in the commission of a crime, that there is an emergency threat to the health and safety of you or another person or the public and in order to protect DD’s rights and to enforce these Terms and Conditions.

By continuing to registration, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions together with any variations.  You will be solely responsible for any violations of laws or third party rights caused by your content.

The Site and The Service are governed by the laws of Australia.

All aspects of the Site are the property of DD and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.  

You are aware that by registering on the site, you do not acquire any implied right or licence to use the Site information or materials.

By registering on the Site and/or registering as a Participant in any Competition, you agree that all disputes and claims will be resolved individually and without any class action, any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred in entering the Competition.  DD will not be responsible for any legal fees. Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering a Competition.  DD may disqualify any Participant found to be tampering or abusing any aspect of this Site or any Competition, in the sole discretion of DD.

If it is found that any Competition is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond control of DD, DD may suspend, modify or terminate a Competition.

If any Participant attempts to damage the Site or undermine the operation of the Competitions, DD will consider this a violation of both criminal and civil laws and will seek damages from the Participant to the full extent permitted by Law.

If any Competition is prohibited or restricted by law, the Competition will be void and DD reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate any such Competition.
